These Terms govern your use of all Himon services, including, but not limited to, freight booking, shipment tracking, data analytics, and documentation tools. Himon provides technology-driven global logistics solutions, including FCL/LCL ocean freight, intermodal transport, trucking, and supply chain visibility tools. 3. USER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCOUNT USE

Himon hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all freight bookings, including cargo details, weights, dimensions, and necessary customs declarations. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSES

All proprietary content, trademarks, service marks, and Himon’s AI models, predictive analytics engines, and software are the exclusive property of Himon. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Houdini and the application of procedural and automated asset creation methodologies. Expertise in Python, VEX, and scripting. Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing scalable workflows and pipelines. Passionate about solving complex and impactful challenges. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Himon platform solely for conducting legitimate business transactions related to your freight.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

Himon's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is governed by the specific terms of the Bill of Lading or equivalent contract, but in no event shall exceed the compensation paid to Himon for the services giving rise to the claim. Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with Universal Scene Description (USD). The base salary range for this position is $150,000–$240,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level and location. While this range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
