Senior Data Analyst

COMPANY OVERVIEW

HIMON: DIGITALIZING GLOBAL FREIGHT. We leverage data science to optimize global logistics networks. This Analyst will be instrumental in identifying and quantifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service reliability across all transport modes.

ROLE SUMMARY

This analyst will dive deep into Himon’s massive datasets—including telemetry, historical pricing, and delivery times—to model and analyze the performance of our global routes and assets. The role requires translating complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for the operations and executive teams regarding network design, carrier performance, and pricing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational data to identify bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities in the network.

• Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to validate and refine predictive models for ETA and risk assessment.

• Present complex data findings and actionable strategies to senior leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a supply chain, transportation, or e-commerce setting.

• Expert proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and at least one scripting language (Python/R).

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

• Master's degree preferred; solid foundation in statistical analysis and quantitative methods.
