HIMON: DIGITALIZING GLOBAL FREIGHT. We are an AI-driven logistics tech firm committed to building the most transparent platform in the industry. The Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for our client-facing Visibility and Tracking Platform.
ROLE SUMMARY
This manager defines the future of how clients interact with Himon's data, overseeing features from real-time GPS tracking and document management to predictive delay alerts. The role requires translating complex logistics data and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements, focusing on improving the user experience and decision-making capabilities of our enterprise customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the product vision and roadmap for the customer-facing tracking and visibility platform.
Conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather feedback to prioritize feature development.
Work closely with the engineering team to manage sprint cycles and successful product launches (web and mobile).
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like user engagement, data latency, and client adoption rates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or Logistics Technology environment.
Deep understanding of supply chain concepts: ETA, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
Proven experience defining and launching tracking/visibility features using Agile methodology.
Strong technical acumen and ability to interact with data science and engineering teams.
