ROLE SUMMARY

The Solutions Architect will design and oversee the technical implementation of Himon’s proprietary AI platforms for key enterprise clients. This pivotal role requires blending deep domain logistics knowledge with highly scalable cloud architecture to deliver measurable efficiency gains in freight planning, multimodal execution, and real-time risk assessment across the entire supply chain lifecycle. The architect will define system specifications, manage integration roadmaps, and ensure technical viability of advanced solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the technical integration of our Predictive Analytics Engine into major client ERP and TMS systems, optimizing data flow and solution performance.

• Design and document scalable cloud architecture for secure real-time data ingestion and processing (IoT and fleet telemetry).

• Define technical specifications for optimizing multimodal container transport and port drayage operations using advanced optimization models.

• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to customize and tune predictive models for route optimization and risk assessment in high-stakes environments.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-value enterprise clients, guiding them through implementation, deployment, and adoption phases.

• Ensure all deployed solutions meet stringent global trade compliance and data security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, specific regional regulations).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting, specifically within the logistics or supply chain technology domain.

• Proven expertise in major Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and designing high-availability, fault-tolerant enterprise systems.

• Deep functional understanding of freight operations (FTL/LCL, Intermodal) and international trade compliance regulations (HS codes, export controls).

• Proficiency in data modeling, API development, and experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS/TMS solutions.

• Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and complex stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly related quantitative field.
